LIBER PATER WHITE

Type of wine: white

Density: 8,000 vines per hectare.
Type of soil: gravel and sand with some clay nappes.
Grapes varieties: Sauvignon, sémillon, muscadelle.

Pruning: simple Guyot method.
Harvesting: hand-made.
Vinification:pressing followed by low temperature fermentation in stainless steel thermoregulated vats.

Tasting notes: Pale, limpid and shiny colour. Citrus aromas (lemon and grapefruit). Supple attack with good aromatic persistance.
