LIBER PATER pursues a program for educating and training young sommeliers by mobilizing them around the world. The jury of the Liber Pater young sommelier Prize designates six awardees among French and other nations’ candidates, who will be attributed a return plane ticket to do an internship in a restaurant located in France or another foreign country.
