Type of wine: dry white.
Spacing: 8,000 vines per hectare.
Type of soil: gravel and sand with some clay nappes.
Grape varieties: Sauvignon, sémillon, muscadelle.
Pruning: simple Guyot method.
Harvesting: hand-made with selective picking of the grapes.
Vinification: pressing followed by low temperature fermentation
in stainless steel thermoregulated vats. Eighteen-month-ageing in barriques.
Tasting notes: a pale yellow colour, crystal clear with greenish hues.
Nice and fresh on the nose, lovely aromas of acacia flowers, honeysuckle
and white peaches. On the palate, a pleasing acidity entrety lively with
aromas of citrus fruits, a fruity freshness with notes of apricot, and
white peaches.
