Type of soil: gravel and sand with some clay nappes.
Grapes varieties: sauvignon, sémillon, muscadelle.
Pruning: simple Guyot method.
Harvesting: hand-made.
Vinification: pressing followed by low temperature fermentation in stainless steel thermoregulated vats.
Tasting notes: Limpid and shiny colour. On the noze, wood aromas translates into smoked, grilled and toasted notes. Supple attack, good balance and roundness on the palate
