THE BLENDING

A great wine results from a blend of a mosaic of different parcels. This is the creative act! During several weeks, the LIBER PATER team gathers to determine which barrels will compose the different vintages. Pre-blend and tasting follows each other. It is the privilege moment of the expression of our know-how and style: test after test, we compose a scale of flavours, giving off harmony and balance.
